GEFA products

Currently, we are taking orders for CSA Weekly, Weekly Half, and Bi-Weekly shares. Eggs, honey, and Basil's Harvest products will be available as add-ons beginning in May.

 CSA Weekly Share:

  • 22 weeks of deliveries to a drop-site in your community
  • $600 for the entire season (about $27 a week)
  • Basil's Harvest breads, free-range eggs, local honey, and other products can be added on to each week’s share by placing an order on the GEFA website
  • Weekly e-newsletter

CSA Weekly Half Share:

  • 22 weeks of deliveries (smaller quantities) to a drop-site in your community
  • $325 for the entire season (about $15 a week)
  • Basil's Harvest breads, free-range eggs, local honey, and other products can be added on to each week’s share by placing an order on the GEFA website
  • Weekly e-newsletter

CSA Bi-Weekly Share:

  • 11 weeks, every other Tuesday, of deliveries to a drop-site in your community
  • $325 for the entire season (about $29 every other week)
  • Basil's Harvest breads, free-range eggs, local honey, and other products can be added on to each bi-weekly share by placing an order on the GEFA website.

Kate Potter and Leslie Schenkel raise laying hens for eggs for Good Earth Food Alliance.  In a category completely different from the eggs of factory farmed hens, you'll notice the superior taste and quality of these farm fresh eggs.  Available as add-ons to any CSA share pick up.

Linda Prescott of Prescott's Farm and Petal Song Apiaries
in Kickapoo, IL  has been a beekeeper for over five years.  Linda will be offering her local honey several times during the 2009 growing season as an add-on to your Tuesday CSA pick up.  Our weekly e-newsletter will let you know when it's time.
