Wood Sorrel Butter

Divide sorrel leaves into lobes and blend with butter, lemon zest, white of green onions, and pepper. Roll up in a a parchment paper cylinder. Chill. Slice into rounds; place a whole sorrel leaf on each. Set a pat into a bowl of your favorite cream soup.
